I went out at night
I went to C’mon Everybody to hear Rich Medina DJ. Was fun. And rare. That is all.
Last weekend my Dad and I went to Afropunk. It was the best energy, amazing music, with activism and great food. This is who we heard:
-Fade em All-Loud alternative and so good
-Rebelmatic-Metal! Yeah!

-Lianne La Havas-not new but new to me! Beautiful melodies!
-The Suffers-Large band of instrumentalists with amazing female lead vocalist.

-Kamasi Washington (his band and vocalist were also great and I saw Andre Royo at this show!)
